What kinds of appliances do you carry?

We offer a wide range of home and kitchen appliances, including cooking (e.g. air fryer, rice cooker, induction cooker), home care (fans, air-conditioners, laundry), beauty (hair dryers, curlers), and branded lines (e.g. Coldfront, Hello Kitty).

Browse the product categories, select the item you want, choose quantity, and add to cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and billing details, choose a payment method, and complete the order.

Yes, but only within a limited time before shipping. Please contact our customer service immediately (via phone or email) with your order number, and we will check if we can stop or adjust it.

For typical retail orders, there is no minimum. For bulk or commercial orders, please contact our sales team to discuss volume pricing and special terms.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within the Philippines. For certain remote or far provinces, additional shipping fees may apply, or service may be limited.

Shipping fee depends on your location, package size, and weight. Typically, delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your area and courier.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange within a specified period (e.g. 7 days) from receipt. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. Upon validation, we will arrange for replacement or refund, less shipping if applicable.

Take photos of the damaged packaging and item immediately, and contact our customer service within 24 hours. We’ll coordinate with our courier to process a replacement or refund.

Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects in parts or workmanship. It usually does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or wear & tear. Please refer to the warranty terms provided with each product.

Contact our customer support via phone or email, provide your proof of purchase (invoice), serial number, photos (if relevant), and a description of the issue. We will assess and guide you to the nearest service center or arrange pickup if available.

Yes. We maintain spare parts inventory for many of our models and can provide repair service via authorized centers. Contact us and we’ll check availability and cost based on your model.
